ORDER PROCESSING:

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES:
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), or customs fees once it reaches the destination country. AvoCart.US is not responsible for these charges, and they are your responsibility as the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs office, and we recommend checking with them to understand potential charges.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also log into your AvoCart.us account to track your order.
DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS:
We aim to meet our estimated delivery times; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
